I have over a decade of teaching experience across schools and colleges, having served as an Assistant Professor of English at K. V. Pendharkar College, Mumbai, where I taught English Literature, Indian Writing in English, American Literature, Literary Criticism, Grammar and Art of Writing, Business Communication, and Communication Skills. I have also taught Business Communication, Soft Skills, and Foundation Course at Saket College, Kalyan, and earlier worked as an Assistant Teacher at institutions like St. Xavier Canossa School, Dhule, and SVKM’s Military School, Shirpur. Throughout my career, I have developed strong expertise in lesson planning, classroom management, and student mentoring. My teaching approach is learner-centered, integrating interactive lectures, workshops, and language activities to make learning engaging and effective. I am deeply committed to creating a supportive classroom environment that builds students’ confidence and communication proficiency. In addition to my teaching experience, I am pursuing a TEFL/TESOL Certification and have completed professional development trainings in research methodology, NEP 2020 implementation, and modern pedagogy. I believe in continuous learning and strive to align my methods with current educational trends.
