About the Founders

Dr. Poonam Ganu Kage, Guiding Star
Founder & Director

Is a psychologist who’s journey in education started as a counselor and trainer conducting career counseling and personality development sessions with leading schools and corporates.

Poonam’s keen interest in formulating life readiness modules for kids is fuelled by her education in psychology, best of books and even personal experience. Rollercoaster Edutainment, is a way of life for Poonam where she hopes to reach out to more and more children and hand-hold them to be life ready - happy and successful. Her aim is to reach out to schools, educational institutes, and corporates run by like-minded individuals helping this vision come true.

Bhavana Mehta, Dream Builder
Co-Founder & Director

Is an engaging trainer with a passion for developing life skills, she loves conducting interactive workshops on personal grooming, social etiquette, communication and leadership.

Prior to following her sister on The ‘Rollercoaster’ Ride, she was a communications’ and marketing professional with world’s leading kids’ brand Nickelodeon. She takes pride in the power she has to be able to make a difference in the kid's formative and most impressionable years. With a personal belief in the adage ‘Anything is possible’ she helps others achieve EVERYTHING.
