For as far as I can remember I have always been fascinated and inspired by music. I used to play drums for my school band. Then I started playing guitar and played with number of bands in India for a few years. Then a few years ago I started getting immersed in the Indian Classical Music world and this has led me to implement some of the Indian Classical nuances on the guitar.

I started out by teaching family and friends and soon discovered that I love the idea of sharing my knowledge and watching people grow with music. I have successfully completed my Music theory Specialist certificate from Berklee Music, US.

My vision is to impart or enhance musical ability in people and to see them enjoy the wonderful world of improvisation.

After introducing students to the fundamentals of music I like to guide them to the different aspects of improvisation. Music theory ( Western and Indian ), Instrument technique, Ear training, Jam sessions are all part of how I teach.

I have composed and produced music for a number of documentaries, commercials, AV's etc over the years and realised that I get the most joy by sharing my knowledge.
