I have been teaching Yoga for the past 10 years, and my journey has been filled with learning, growth, and incredible experiences. Yoga, to me, is not just a physical practice—it is a complete way of life that brings harmony to the body, mind, and soul. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of individuals, helping them improve their health, manage stress, and find inner balance through the timeless wisdom of yoga.

I am certified in Yoga from Haridwar, one of India’s most spiritual centers of yogic learning. In addition, I have completed a 200-hour International Yoga Teacher Training Course, which is recognized globally. This course helped me deepen my knowledge of yogic philosophy, asanas, pranayama, and meditation techniques. It also gave me a broader perspective on how yoga can be adapted to suit people from all walks of life and across cultures.

One of the highlights of my career has been the opportunity to travel with clients and conduct personal training sessions globally. A particularly memorable experience was when I traveled to Africa to work closely with a client and the Indian High Commission there. This not only enriched my teaching experience but also strengthened my understanding of how yoga can transcend borders and bring peace and healing anywhere in the world.

I’ve also had the privilege of training a few celebrities, which was both humbling and rewarding. Working with high-profile individuals taught me the importance of discretion, discipline, and tailoring sessions to specific needs, whether it be for flexibility, fitness, stress relief, or general well-being. Each client I’ve worked with has added something valuable to my journey as a yoga teacher.

My classes are always offline and in-person, as I believe the physical presence helps me connect better with students, correct postures more effectively, and create a deeper, more focused energy during practice. Whether working one-on-one or with small groups, I ensure that every session is meaningful and aligned with the individual’s goals.

While I don’t follow a rigid lesson plan, I design each class based on the student’s physical condition, health goals, and progress. I include a balanced mix of asanas, breathing practices, and relaxation techniques. My approach is gentle yet effective, and I always encourage students to listen to their bodies while slowly expanding their capabilities.

I do provide personalized guidance and notes where required, especially when students want to continue practicing at home. My ultimate goal is to help every student experience the transformative power of yoga—not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally.
