Identity
I hold a Zumba® license and have completed Zumba® Basic 1. I am taking online Zumba sessions for females of the age group above 25 years.
In my sessions, I emphasize clear movement breakdowns, rhythm training, and progressive intensity so students can enjoy the music while improving coordination, endurance, and overall fitness. I also prioritize smart warm-ups, low-impact options when needed, and simple coaching cues that make choreography approachable from day one.
I structure beginner-friendly programs. I’m happy to train as per the client's current fitness level, preferred music vibe, and wellness objectives, while keeping the experience fun and engaging.
I also hold a certification in Kathak Dance and take sessions for beginners- kids & adults both.
I am currently training in various other dance forms as I'm a dance enthusiast too. Mostly freestyle is my forte.
