I have a taken a professional training for communication and leadership. I have headed the training and development cell for 2 years. Ensuring all the batched under me were trained and tested before appearing for any public speaking or representing ( involved skills - interviews, presentation, forum speaking etc). I have acquired an achievers award in Interpersonal skills and team spirit. I have been a sportsperson throughout, hence have a good understanding of building a team and managing them. Sports is an extra activity but is directly proportionate to personal skills. When I teach, I ensure that there is grasping and understanding of facts, instead of galloping/by-hearting the facts. Making sure that the student is involved and is excited about the class. I plan a schedule for the lessons to be taught, to make sure that my teaching is in pace with the syllabus. However, this will be determined after understanding the students mindset and pace. There will be periodic review of everything that has been taught. The students interest and needs will be taken care well. I look t build confidence in my students with the help of knowledge that they gather.
