900 hours Certified Yoga Instructor

I am a Yoga teacher based in Mumbai, and I have completed my certification of 900 hours advanced yoga teacher training from one of the respectable and known institutes: The Yoga Institute, Mumbai. I have been a yoga practitioner for almost 20 years and have been teaching for 2 years now. I help women with general fitness and health issues like PCOD, hormonal imbalances, perimenopause, menstruation, post-delivery fitness, and infertility, as well as other stress-related problems. I also help people suffering from diabetes, asthma, gut issues, etc. My vision is to genuinely help people so they can lead a happy and progressive life through yoga. I have personally experienced so many changes through yoga at various stages of my life, and I am very passionate about spreading that knowledge to all. My classes are focused on strength, flexibility, proper alignment, posture correction, relaxation, and breathing exercises. I believe in being a learner all my life so I can share my learnings with whoever can benefit from them.
