I am an experienced Mathematics and Physics educator with over 15 years of teaching experience at the middle-school level. Throughout my career, I have focused on making complex concepts simple, relatable, and engaging for students. I believe that effective teaching begins with understanding a student’s perspective and explaining concepts at their level of comprehension. My strength lies in breaking down challenging topics into clear, easy-to-understand steps and connecting classroom learning with real-life examples. I strive to create an encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, exploring ideas, and learning from their mistakes. My ability to simplify concepts and build strong conceptual understanding has helped me develop a positive rapport with my students, who particularly appreciate my approachable and student-centred teaching style. Over the years, I have also developed strong skills in lesson planning, designing engaging learning activities, creating worksheets and assessments, and adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs. I am passionate about making learning meaningful and believe that when students understand the “why” behind a concept, they become more confident and independent learners.
