Prasanna J

I am a certified Yoga Instructor with 900 hours of Advanced Teacher Training Course (ATTC), with a strong foundation in traditional yoga practices and practical teaching experience.

I teach Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, flexibility and mobility practices, with an emphasis on helping students build strength, awareness, balance and a consistent personal practice.

As part of my professional journey, I completed my internship at The Yoga Institute, Mumbai, where I gained practical exposure to teaching yoga, interacting with students and understanding the application of yoga as a holistic approach to physical, mental and emotional well-being.

I am also associated with The Yoga Institute (TYI) and have experience contributing to yoga and wellness sessions in a professional environment.

My teaching approach is simple, structured and personalised, adapting practices according to the student's age, experience, fitness level and individual goals. Whether you are a beginner looking to start yoga, someone wanting to improve flexibility and strength, or looking to develop a deeper meditation practice, I aim to make yoga accessible, meaningful and sustainable.

Areas I teach:
• Hatha Yoga
• Ashtanga Yoga
• Meditation
• Pranayama
• Flexibility & Mobility
• Yoga for Strength & Fitness
• Beginner-friendly Yoga
• Stress Management & Relaxation

My goal is not just to teach yoga postures, but to help students develop a consistent and mindful yoga practice that can become a part of their everyday life.
