Hello madam, As per our conversation you did not tell me that you are looking for only one term. I come for tuitions on 22nd October,, 2019 and you say me that on 18 th November, 2019 we are shifting our residence so we want to discontinue the tuition, then the charges applicable should be paid from your side. Since you were staying on rent you were aware of all this situation. Your daughter has scored 72 out of 80 which she has never scored till date. She has herself said in front of you that the tuition was good and she was able to clarify all her conceptual problems till date but due to her personal health issues she was not able to cope up with the studies. Last year she scored 52 out of 80 in math but this year she has scored 72 out of 80. But the English tutor which you have hired in that she scored 54 out of 80 and last year she had scored 56 out of 80. These details were given by your daughter only. Do not pls consider this as a comparison because every teacher is not the same. For me the only concern was the reason that you gave me should have been intimated earlier so that we would not find any difficulty in handling the problem which you were already aware of. Thank you.
