I am a dedicated fitness trainer with 8 years of experience, holding a Diploma in Personal Training, as well as certifications in Sports Nutrition, Personal Training, and Special Population Rehabilitation. Currently, I work at Anytime Fitness and Muscle Factory gyms in Mumbai, where I have successfully trained over 150 clients, including powerlifting aspirants.

My expertise lies in providing personalized fitness programs tailored to individual needs and goals, whether for weight loss, strength building, or rehabilitation. As a national-level powerlifting competitor, I have earned over 45 medals, which underscores my commitment and knowledge in the field.

I conduct both online and offline sessions lasting 60 minutes, focusing on practical training. My sessions are designed to be engaging and interactive, utilizing a live coaching approach to ensure that clients receive immediate feedback and support. Additionally, I provide nutritional guidance to help clients optimize their diet for better results.
