With ten years of experience and an MCom degree, I was always passionate about building a solid foundation for children through teaching. I started providing home tuition after working for a school from 2015 to 2017.
I have been teaching children from the third to seventh grade in all subjects and mathematics for students in grades eighth to tenth, following the curriculum of ICSE, CBSE, and the Maharashtra State Board. To adapt to the changing times, I have also embraced online teaching. Conducting one-and-a-half-hour interactive sessions, I utilise a virtual whiteboard to enhance the learning experience for my students. Furthermore, I believe in the importance of practice and application. Therefore, I assign homework to reinforce the topics covered during the online sessions. Students can solidify their understanding and develop their problem-solving skills by completing these assignments.
Throughout my teaching career, I have witnessed the positive impact of personalised attention and guidance. I make it a point to understand each student's strengths and weaknesses, allowing me to tailor my teaching methods accordingly. This individualised approach enables me to cater to the unique learning needs of every student, helping them reach their full potential.
I take great pride in creating a supportive and encouraging environment for my students. I believe fostering a love for learning is essential, as it motivates children to engage with the subject matter actively. By creating an atmosphere where questions are welcomed, and mistakes are viewed as opportunities for growth, I aim to instil confidence and curiosity in my students.
