An open-minded and straightforward Professional Chef and communications trainer with 14+ years of culinary experience in cooking and teaching culinary arts, hospitality management and Advanced english. I hold a masters in Culinary arts from the renowned 'Le Cordon Bleu Culinary arts institute'.
Methodology: I have worked in various restaurants and corporate settings in Switzerland, Canada, US and India, since I was 18 years old. My forte is classical European, especially French cuisine, though I also have a background in Indian and Mexican cuisine. I am passionate about food and teaching about ingredients, techniques and flavour combinations. I would be delighted to work with aspiring chefs and apprentices, young cooks and students or keen home cooks wanting to improve their repertoire. Teaching would be tailored to individual needs. I have been teaching young chefs and apprentices for most of my career, but I am new to professional tutoring. I am probably not the right tutor to teach you how to pass exams like math or science but if you want to learn how to cook or how to cook better, I can do that.
