I am a Yoga teacher and a naturopath. Teaching online since 2 years. Certified in 200hrs YTT from The Yoga Institute. Diploma in naturopathy and yoga. Key skills - Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga, Diet & lifestyle, Vipassana meditation, Natural vision improvement & speech therapy. 900 hrs Advanced YTT (under training). I have also attended a workshop on Feldenkrais Movement method. I Have Conducted 21 days Yoga camp online.

I began my career as a speech therapist where I worked with hearing impaired and neuro diverse children. I followed an artistic impulse and had a successful career as a creative professional for the last twenty years. Working in theatre, film, television, and documentaries. I have also explored dance, movement, storytelling, painting and weaving.
I have always been inclined towards healing and holistic living., This inspired me to pursue naturopathy and yoga. I have been practicing meditation, yoga and natural ways of healing for a decade.
We deserve to experience life in all it’s fullness. I aim to motivate people to walk that path through yoga, naturopathy, art, story and movement.
