I graduated last year from St. Xaviers College Autonomous, with my major being psychology- English. I’ve studied in IGCSE, CBSE and Maharashtra state board throughout my educational life. I’ve also grown up in a predominantly English speaking household.
I’m currently looking to help other students who require help with the tricky subject. English is universally spoken however it isn’t easy. I’d prefer to train my students in English itself, as there is no better way to learn a language unless you’re taught in the said language itself. I’d also prefer to conduct my classes online so as to provide flexibility to my students and me, however rest assured that it be as productive as a face-to-face class.
As for my skills, I take my students growth personally, so I fully commit to helping them in whatever way I can. I am patient with my student because learning simply cannot be forced, it has to be understood and it is important for one to make sense of what they learn. I am determined and I am persistent and I believe these are the values that you need to cultivate to learn a language, and I’d hope that these values reflect onto my students as well.
