I started teaching Yoga(Aasans & Praanaayaam) since my age was 16yrs. After that I have been teaching for the past 25 years. I love imparting whatever knowledge I have on any subject--so it is with Yoga. My style is to see to it that the students start loving Yoga, I make my students understand all the pros & cons of every aasan & Praanaayaam. I see to it that the process if firm & gradual & complete. I expect my students to excel & be better than me. I can adjust well with all age groups. have completed a certificate course in PAWAN DHAM CENTRE which is affiliated to SANTACRUZ YOGA INSTITUTE (the oldest Yoga training institute in Bharat (India). I have successfully used Yog techniques for therapeutic purposes. Right now I have two MS patients & one psychosomatically affected one having nephrotic syndrome. Use of the mind (mental aspect), along with meditative techniques is what I do.
