I am a qualified Yoga practitioner. I have been teaching for last 2 years. apart from that have been practicing Yoga since childhood. I have been suffering from PCOD and have cured it without medicine through yoga. I have helped my students heal without medicines. I believe Living right can cure and prevent all disease. Food and exercise are the cause as well as cure for all diseases. Yoga not only helps our body become flexible but also tones it up. Yoga is external as well as internal cleanse which detoxes us inside out. I give extra attention to the students considering their individual inhibitions, body structure, past medical history and their age. Also everyday new exercises are introduced in the sets to avoid boredom and also to challenge the body everyday.

I teach traditional yoga as well as yoga for weight loss.
