Students today need more coaching than orthodox teaching methodology. Todays time is challenging especially when both parents are working and entire world is fighting with Pandemic. These troubled times have reduce the one-to-one interaction at virtual level. In this virtual teaching mode (Online) it is very difficult for children to concentrate on studies. I embrace the coaching and mentoring philosophy which helps me to connect with my students. This methodology makes them comfortable with subject quickly and they excel as the course moves ahead. Further, in the online coaching mode I constantly interact with student as well as keep parents posted on the progress and challenges. I get lot of writing work done from students to keep them ready for offline mode of exam as well especially Board exams,

My satisfaction lies in students learning the subject with interest and eventually scoring excellent marks.
Students learn the subject without boredom and burden which creates self interest.
I also support students in their various assignments of their school which lessens the burden of parents in their hectic work-life challenges.
The tests and home assignments from my side is taken care in the classroom itself. This enable the students ( especially Xth) focus on other subjects at home.
