A simple humanbeing who loves to teach and spread yoga sutras. I teach yoga to all and have been teaching yoga to parents relatives friends and kids.
As most of the older generation are suffering from NCDs i.e noncommunicable diseases such as dibeaties, blood pressure etc. Not leaving the younger ones who get trouble because of their obesity and passivenss shown in studies or in games and sports.
Yoga is the perfect medication without sideeffects for all problems..breath heal repeat..
I am also inculcating yoga into western fitness such as calisthenics body conditioning, cardio and other routine bodybuilding workouts.
I have done swami shivananda teacher training programme. I also practice BKS iyenger yoga and teach the same..
