I feel a tutor will explain the concept and also select a short video which would be most appropriate for the student. When the video is seen after the revision of the theory, it's is learnt thoroughly. I have personally done this for my students, and they have scored much better. Videos should not exceed 5 to 6 minutes as none has a limited concentration timeframe.
