IdentityI teach Mathematics to students of Classes 6 to 8 on UrbanPro and bring 13 years of teaching experience in both CBSE and State Board schools. Over the years, I have developed strong subject expertise and refined teaching strategies that help students understand mathematical concepts clearly. My focus is on building confidence and removing the fear often associated with Mathematics.
I hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mathematics, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). My academic qualifications have given me in-depth knowledge of the subject along with professional training in effective classroom methodologies. This strong educational background enables me to explain concepts in a structured, simple, and engaging manner.
During my tenure at a State Board school, I had the opportunity to teach students who were preparing according to the CBSE curriculum. At that time, the State Board syllabus did not fully align with the CBSE syllabus. Despite this difference, I ensured that every concept was taught thoroughly, covering strong fundamentals along with advanced applications so that students could comfortably adapt to both curricula.
My detailed and concept-oriented teaching approach was appreciated by colleagues, parents, and the school coordinator. I particularly remember a parent expressing heartfelt gratitude for the clarity and confidence their child developed in Mathematics under my guidance. Such positive feedback continues to motivate me to deliver my best in every class.
I follow a structured lesson plan with clear objectives for each session. I emphasize strong fundamentals before moving on to higher-level problem-solving. My classes are interactive and practical-based, encouraging students to participate actively, ask questions, and practice regularly to strengthen their understanding.
I conduct both online and offline classes using PPT presentations and a whiteboard to make lessons clear and visually engaging. I also provide regular practice worksheets and assessments to track progress. My aim is to help students build a solid mathematical foundation and develop confidence that supports their academic growth in higher classes.
