Lata T. - “Commerce Specialist, All‑Round Educator.”10Years Experience

I am Lata Tripathi, a dedicated teacher with around 10 years of teaching experience. I teach all subjects to students from Classes 1 to 5 and also teach Commerce subjects to students in Classes 11 and 12. My teaching approach focuses on building strong academic foundations, developing clear subject understanding, and helping students become more confident in their studies.

I have completed my Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.), which has provided me with a strong foundation in Commerce and related subjects. Along with my academic background, my years of teaching experience have helped me understand the different requirements of primary school students as well as senior secondary students studying Commerce. I adapt my explanations and teaching methods according to the student’s academic level and learning needs.

My teaching focus covers two key areas. For Classes 1 to 5, I teach all subjects with an emphasis on strengthening basic concepts and helping students develop a consistent understanding of their school curriculum. For Classes 11 and 12, I focus on Commerce subjects and help students understand concepts clearly, work through questions systematically, and build confidence in their academic preparation.

Over the past 10 years, I have had the opportunity to teach students at different levels and with varied learning requirements. I enjoy helping students overcome difficulties in their subjects and develop a better understanding of concepts. Seeing students improve their knowledge, academic performance, and confidence has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my teaching experience.

I follow a structured lesson plan for each class and explain topics step by step in a simple and clear manner. I make sure students understand one concept properly before moving on to the next. My classes are interactive, and I encourage students to participate actively, ask questions, and clarify their doubts so that they remain engaged throughout the lesson.

I also adapt my teaching approach according to the student’s learning level, pace, and individual requirements. For younger students, I focus on making fundamental concepts easy to understand and reinforcing them through regular practice. For senior students studying Commerce, I focus on clear explanations, conceptual understanding, and systematic practice to help them approach their subjects with greater confidence.

I use PPT presentations and a whiteboard to make my classes organized and interactive. I offer both online and offline classes and aim to create a supportive learning environment for every student. My goal is to provide clear and structured academic guidance, whether a primary school student needs support across subjects or a Class 11 or 12 student needs focused guidance in Commerce.
