I teach Class 9 Tuition

I am a private tutor specialising in Mathematics for students of Classes 9 and 10, with 3 years of teaching experience. I focus on helping students understand mathematical concepts through logic and practical problem-solving rather than relying on memorisation.

My teaching is primarily focused on the ICSE curriculum, with particular attention to the needs of Class 9 students. I believe Mathematics becomes much easier when students understand the reasoning behind each step, so I use clear explanations and smart techniques to make problem-solving more approachable.

I take a patient and student-friendly approach to teaching. Every student has a different learning pace and level of confidence, and I work towards creating an environment where they can ask questions freely, clarify their doubts, and gradually become more comfortable with Mathematics.

One of my key priorities is helping students overcome the fear or hesitation they may have towards Mathematics. My students have appreciated my ability to explain concepts patiently and logically, and have shared that my approach has helped them become more comfortable with the subject and improve their confidence.

I also focus on making difficult topics easier to understand by breaking problems into manageable steps. Instead of encouraging students to simply memorise formulas or methods, I guide them to understand how and why a particular approach works.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mithibhai College and am also a Chartered Accountant, which has strengthened my analytical and problem-solving skills. I can communicate comfortably in both Hindi and English, allowing me to adapt my explanations to the student's preference.

I offer one-on-one tuition through online classes as well as classes at the student's home or my home in Goregaon West, Mumbai. My goal is to help students build strong mathematical fundamentals, develop confidence in problem-solving, and approach their Class 9 and 10 Mathematics studies with greater clarity and consistency.
