I hail from Porbandar, a town renowned as the birthplace of both Mahatma Gandhi and Sudama. Growing up in this historic and spiritually rich environment has profoundly influenced my life and values.
From a young age, I have been inclined towards spiritual growth, which led me to explore various practices that nurture the mind and soul. I have pursued formal training in Yoga at the Shivananda Ashram in Ahmedabad, where I deepened my understanding of this ancient discipline.
Currently, I practice Yoga and meditation regularly, with a particular expertise in Sun Salutations. This daily practice not only maintains my physical well-being but also supports my spiritual journey, helping me stay grounded and centered.
My experiences and training have shaped me into a person who values inner peace and holistic health, embracing both the spiritual and practical aspects of Yoga in my daily life.
