"My sister, Kanchan Kanthale, enrolled in this institute’s English fluency course in January, trusting the big promises they made during admission. At that time, they spoke so nicely—very polite and convincing, like they genuinely care. But once the payment is done, the story completely changes. All those “lovely words” vanish, and the true face of the institute shows: zero professionalism, zero responsibility, and just money-minded behavior. "
