IdentityThe Yoga class that I conduct is a traditional yoga class focused on helping individuals through daily movement, improved posture, overcome body pain, better alignment and detox of the body.
I am a certified Yoga instructor, conducting classes for more than 5 years. I am also certified in Power Yoga and Intensive training and hence I like to include some movements of Power Yoga as well to help with maintain body muscle and by default, weight loss.
Additionally, I am a breathwork expert so my classes are focused on movement with breathwork to help participants get the most out of the practice. The Yoga classes are a nice blend of all my different types of training while meeting individual goals.
