IdentityHi I am a certified Yoga trainer and Pilates instructor.I have completed 200 hours Yoga teacher training as well as Pilates instructor course. By profession I am a practicing Chartered Accountant, and out of my passion towards yoga, I have been practicing since 4 years and then undergone Yoga teacher training and Pilates teacher training and in both training courses I am awarded as best student of the batch. I teach hatha yoga as well as vinayasa...Also yoga is not complete without pranayama, meditation and relaxation...I believe yoga is the way of life and everyone should practice it for health as well as to become mentally strong to face all the situations in life..
I begin teaching with the basic asanas and pranayama followed by relaxation..I focus at building values, and also discuss the ashtanga yoga and how to follow yoga in day to day life..also can provide changes in food habits as per client requirement..I have benifited a lot through the practice of yoga and my aim is to spread this benefit among people as well..I feel great when people get benefits after practicing with me..My belief is that if you start practicing yoga on a regular and consistent basis, you can not only improve your physical health but the mental health as well making you a strong person..Come and practice yoga with me and understand the difference...the requirement is to be consistent, and have faith in the practice
