I am a certified yoga teacher having completed my certification in Ashtangyog from The Yoga Institute, Santacruz.
A bit about myself - I am was a freelance Beautician who had a successful business for more than two decades. Couple of years back I started getting muscular and joints related ailments due to a hectic schedule and unhealthy lifestyle.
But I always believed that solutions to all of our challenges (not problems) in life could be achieved through yoga. For the same reason, I decided to learn yogin detail and improve my overall health. Within a couple of months, I could experience the change in my body and mind. Friends and family started noticing the improvement in my health and overall attitude towards life in general.
Having experienced the tremendous transformative power of yoga, I decided that I will become a certified yoga teacher and will share my experience and knowledge so others can also improve their quality of life.
Now I work as a teacher with students, homemakers, senior citizens for improving their concentration level, self-confidence, body image, flexibility and overall physical & mental health. I specialise in Yogasan, Pranayam & Meditation.
