Dr. Shilpa R.

With a vast and multi-faceted experience in academics, research, industry and corporate training, Dr. Rastogi a Ph.D. in Management & a Company Secretary (I), has a professional track record of over three decades. She worked as a Director of management institutes affiliated with SPPU.
Currently, being a core academician she as a freelancer undertakes varied assignments including audits at Universities and institutes under NMIMS University, Symbiosis International University, University of Mumbai, SPPU and YCMOU. Dr. Rastogi is the Director of Research Mentor, with the objective of upscaling quality research. Dr. Rastogi has evaluated more than a thousand research projects and is the mentor for research scholars across varied Universities in India and abroad.
Dr. S.Rastogi is a member of the Advisory Board of International Institute of Management & Technical Studies and of the International Association of Research & Development organization.

She has contributed to enhancing research work by convening and participating in conferences, symposia, seminars and delivering technical sessions in various institutes. Dr. Rastogi has been the delegate at IIM Kolkata, has chaired international conferences. She has presented and published various research papers, worked on sponsored projects. Current contributions is a research paper on “ Predictive Optimized Model on Money Market Instruments with Capital Market & Bank Rates ratio in International Journal of Data Analytics, & “A predictive & empirical analysis of CPI rates on key performance indicators” etc. Additionally had been the referee for Ph.D.at the Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship Development, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, and was a panel member for the SPPU research cell.

Due to her exemplary work in the field of management education, was felicitated by Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture and Institution of Engineers and by Management Associations.
