I am an experienced yoga teacher committed to make a difference in the educational field by applying wide knowledge of yogic philosophy and psychology. Serve people to realize the importance of yoga to maintain a sound body and a sound mind. Using my in-depth knowledge and understanding of yoga in the field of yoga practice.
I am a certified Yoga Trainer. I'm teaching yoga since last 25+ years. I have done Diploma in Yog-Shikshak, Diploma in Advanced Yoga, Diploma in foundation of Yoga and also a Hath-Yog Pranayama.
