Yoga is being offered as a subtle and subjective science, as an inner possibility and experience for all of us, the same way it has being held sacred throughout the millennia and traditions so that we are able to receive it in the purest and profound way.
I am certified isha hatha yoga teacher, established myself in yoga with the 1750 hours classical hatha yoga teacher training program devised by sadhguru (yogi, mystic, visionary and founder of isha foundation). And having over 4000 hours of yoga practice.
