Darpan Dahiya

I am a certified personal trainer with over fourteen years of experience in fitness. I also hold a M tech degree and worked as an assistant professor for five years as a hobby to teach at a school. In 2017, I was overweight and decided to take control of my health by starting a fitness program. Over the years, I have transformed myself through a combination of diet and exercise, and in 2023, I secured my certification in personal training. I am proud to say that I have improved my performance in the running and have my fitness transformation journey that inspires many.
My passion for fitness led me to pursue a career in personal training, and I want to share my motivational journey to inspire and train people to have better lives in wellness. As a fitness trainer, I have a Youtube channel called "Until I Win" with over 285,000 subscribers and 500 videos, teaching personal training, personality development, and personal grooming. I offer both online and offline training and have a curriculum that includes practical training and expertise in personal training.
I use a whiteboard to explain fitness concepts, and I also conduct interview sessions as practice sessions for mock interviews. I aim to make fitness accessible and help everyone achieve their goals through personalised training programs. Through my years of experience, I have learned that fitness is about physical health and mental and emotional well-being. A fit body leads to a healthy mind, and I strive to instil this philosophy in all my clients. My approach is holistic, and I work with my clients to understand their unique needs and goals to create a customized plan that works for them.
