Charlton Manuel Dcosta

I am an MBA from XLRI School of Business and Human Resources, Jamshedpur. I also hold a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree. I have close to 20 years of relevant experience in the Education industry – an industry close to my heart where I get the opportunity to mentor and inspire young leaders. My last relevant assignment was as a Faculty member at St. Xavier’s College, Vile Parle, where I was involved with teaching and mentoring young minds.
I wish to impact the lives of students in colleges and make a difference in their lives. I am actively looking forward to favourable career opportunities in your organisation that will broaden my horizons and enhance my intellectual, social and career capital.
Besides teaching, I have actively involved myself in product and brand management, sales, marketing, online testing and mentoring roles and collaborated with many leaders from colleges, companies and schools.
