Binisha Kishor Baria

I teach Yoga and have been training and guiding students for the past 7 years. My journey as a yoga instructor began at a very young age, and over time, it has evolved into a deep passion for helping others find balance, strength, and inner peace through yoga.

I completed my Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) from Patanjali, which laid the foundation for my understanding of traditional yoga practices. I also hold a Diploma in Naturopathy and Yogic Science (DNYS), which has enriched my knowledge of holistic healing and natural health practices. Currently, I’m pursuing a Master’s degree in Yoga to further enhance my teaching techniques and expand my knowledge.

I started teaching yoga when I was just 16 years old. In the beginning, I was nervous—especially being so young among my students—but with patience, practice, and consistent effort, I gained confidence in my abilities. The support and encouraging feedback I received from students over the years have been a big part of my growth as a yoga instructor.

Teaching yoga has always been more than a profession for me—it’s a way of life. I enjoy creating a positive and safe space where students feel comfortable to explore their bodies, connect with their breath, and experience the many benefits of yoga. Whether it’s through asanas, pranayama, or relaxation techniques, I focus on helping my students connect with themselves at a deeper level.

I prefer conducting offline classes, as it allows me to interact more closely with my students, observe their form, and offer personalized guidance in real time. Each class is tailored to meet the needs of the students present, whether they are beginners or advanced practitioners.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of seeing many of my students improve not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally. Their progress and transformation inspire me to continue learning, growing, and sharing the gift of yoga with as many people as I can.

Yoga to me is a journey—one that I’m grateful to walk alongside my students, helping them heal, strengthen, and discover their true potential.
