I am an internationally certified Yoga Instructor, having completed my 200 hours Yoga Teacher's training course, 900 hours Advanced Yoga Teacher's training course and Diploma in Yoga Counselling from The Yoga Institute, Santa Cruz (Mumbai) - the oldest organized Yoga Institute in the world.

My clientele includes beginners ranging from children, working professionals, housewives, senior citizens living in India and abroad along with corporates.

If I have to describe how Yoga helped me in my life, I would say:
"When I was a working professional, I had everything in my life. Yet, I felt I was still searching for something.
When I was a Yoga student, I had nothing in my life. Yet, I felt at peace because I had found Myself!"

'Yoga is the journey of the Self, through the Self, to the Self' - I am understanding the essence of this quote and wish to share my knowledge with those who are trying to find themselves!
