My approach to teaching is a systematic and step by step approach. I believe that there are no shortcuts to learning or enhancing one's language skills. Hence, I give a lot of importance to grammar, vocabulary, comprehension and pronunciation. Even if you are looking at developing your spoken English further, reading and writing will be essential to learning. Language cannot be truly developed in isolation. It is important to concentrate on all areas.

I have done my B.Ed in Special Education, specializing in Learning Disabilities. I have the experience to teach students with special needs in a classroom setting as well as individual remedial sessions in schools, centres and home. My aim is to help the child cope with the individual academic difficulties faced by him/her, keeping it fun at the same time. I have taught students of all age groups. However, it is advantageous for the child to start as early as possible (from pre-primary or primary level), if the need for Remedial education is recognized. I am also open to meeting parents who have doubts and concerns with regards to the needs of their child and guide them further, and conduct awareness workshops/talks in societies or educational institutes for parents, teachers as well as children.
