Avinash Goswami

I teach Mathematics to Class 10 students and have around 8 years of teaching experience, with a strong focus on helping students develop conceptual clarity, problem-solving skills, and confidence in the subject. I particularly enjoy teaching Algebra and Geometry and work towards making mathematical concepts easier to understand through clear explanations, structured practice, and regular interaction.

I have completed my Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) and have developed strong subject knowledge through several years of teaching Mathematics. My experience with Class 10 students has helped me understand the academic requirements of the level and the areas where students commonly need additional guidance. I use this experience to structure my classes according to the student's learning level and academic goals.

I have previously worked with Allen Career Institute, where I gained valuable experience in teaching and mentoring students. This experience helped me strengthen my classroom teaching skills and develop a better understanding of how to explain concepts to students with different levels of preparation. It also gave me an opportunity to work in an academically focused environment where conceptual understanding and consistent practice are important.

For the past 4 years, I have been working with Synergy Academy of Science. Along with classroom teaching, I have been involved in developing courses and learning materials to support students in understanding concepts more effectively. Creating learning resources has helped me think about different ways of presenting a topic and breaking down difficult concepts into simpler and more manageable parts.

I follow a structured and student-focused teaching methodology. I prepare a proper lesson plan for each class and begin by building a clear understanding of the concepts before moving towards problem-solving. I encourage students to ask questions, participate in discussions, and attempt problems independently. This helps me understand their progress and identify areas where they may need additional explanation or practice.

I regularly use practice questions and feedback to assess a student's understanding. Rather than focusing only on getting the correct answer, I encourage students to understand the steps and reasoning involved in solving a problem. In Algebra and Geometry, I place particular emphasis on building a strong foundation so that students can apply concepts confidently when solving different types of questions.

I conduct my Mathematics classes online and use PPT presentations and a digital whiteboard to support my teaching. These tools help me explain concepts visually, demonstrate solutions step by step, and make the sessions more interactive. My goal is to help Class 10 students strengthen their mathematical foundation, improve their problem-solving approach, and prepare themselves with greater confidence for their academic requirements and examinations.
