As someone who has been in sports for over twenty-three years, my experience as a Vector Sports coach has been nothing short of amazing. Being a Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Coach certified by the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) has allowed me to work with diverse students. I love every minute of it. Table tennis has been my passion for as long as I can remember, and my goal as a coach is to motivate kids to grow into sports and guide them on their sports journey. For the past twenty-two years, I have trained in various schools in Mumbai, such as Rustumji International School, Poddar International School, and Saint Joseph Vadala. I also established my Vector Sports Academy coaching centre in 2019.
I offer coaching in table tennis, cricket, and football to students aged four years and above in practical classes. My approach is getting them to play and enjoy the sport while honing their skills. It's not just about winning or losing but learning and having fun. One of the most fulfilling aspects of coaching is seeing our students succeed. I am proud to say that many of our academy's students have represented Mumbai and Maharashtra in the Veterans forty plus category in table tennis. We also train students for national and international games and help them get certified.
Another critical aspect of being a coach is supporting our students' overall development, including their diet and nutrition. I guide and support our students in this area, which is essential for their growth and development. As a coach, I am committed to helping my students reach their full potential. It's about teaching them the sport and instilling values like discipline, perseverance, and teamwork that will help them succeed in all areas of their lives.
