My core aim is to help you discover yourself, what's your way of expression, and how can you enjoy yourself through dance. Here, we focus on feeling relaxed and happy in the end.

-We start with a short warm-up, then move on to learning one piece at a time, its basics and variations, and in the end learn to place those steps in the right manner on the right beat.

-To conclude the class, we understand the music and move along to let it decide our movements. This makes you feel rejuvenated and is the best way to end the class.
