I have taught Science and Maths for 35 years in a Maharashtra State Board School in the English Medium from Std. 5 to Std. 10. I retired in 2020
I want to continue with the work of keeping myself updated in the field of science and education and to continue to share my vast experience. I have not been able to take tuitions during lockdown and am eager to take online classes. I have done my M.Sc. from SNDT University part time in General Chemistry for Teachers and have also done my B.Ed. I have an MSCIT course certificate and am adept in using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Google Meet, Zoom and Skype.
While teaching I have been interested in Environment Science and even when most schools concentrated on chalk board teaching back in 1985, I have used Transparencies, Projector, epidiascope, Smart Class and PowerPoints.
I have also used Multiple skills while teaching encouraging my students to make presentations, use dance and art to present science topics.
