I started my career with stream global services as a technical support. Later after 2 years switched to Mphasis,an HP company. Worked here as level 2 teach support for 2 years.I was always fond of teaching.And an opportunity was waiting at Badlapur.I worked with LAIT college for about an year. After that switched to YTIET engineering college.After my 4 years of tenure with YTIET,I made a move to A P SHAH INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY and have been working closely in IT department as Assistant Professor since 7 years now.
It actually keeps me younger and close to knowledge, younger because I spend most of days time with students. I insist using practical examples for teaching.It makes easy to understand and also easy to remember for students. I believe in clearing the concepts rather than just mugging up which most students do. Once concepts are clear learning becomes fun specially the programming Lang. Moreover an interactive class is what I create.It helps get all students involved. Also I keep primary teaching Lang as English however if student finds difficult to understand the concept I teach particular topic in his/ her regional Lang.

I habitually insist students to improve communication skill n soft skills.Also provide them necessary guidance,sometimes experiences teach you good things.Daily interactions with engineering students keeps me on the curve of technology.
