Mera, Meri and Mere all are used to represent "mine" that is, belongs to me. However, "mera" is used when the person is referring to objects with a musculine gender. e.g.- mera pen, mera bag, mera pajama etc. "meri" is used in context of feminine gender objects e.g. - meri chappal, meri ghadi, meri kurti etc.
"Mere" is used in plural context such as- mere khilone, mere dost, mere paise etc.
