Hello, I’m Akanksha Pokharna – a certified yoga teacher (MA in Yogashastra) and a cancer survivor. Yoga has been my lifeline, helping me heal, rebuild strength, and discover inner peace. What began as a personal practice for recovery gradually turned into my passion for teaching and guiding others.

My teaching style is simple, warm, and personalized. I believe yoga is not just about perfect postures, but about balance – in the body, mind, and soul. In my classes, I combine asanas, pranayama, mantra chanting, yoga nidra, and mindful breathing to create a holistic practice that is suitable for all levels.
