I earned my bachelor's degree in English Literature from University, Bhavan's College. I have nearly 7 years of experience teaching and tutoring English as a subject ,so I know the quality of writing that teachers are looking for and the concepts that students most frequently struggle with. I take the time with students individually, so I can focus on improving student's struggle and study habits. I enjoy working with students in high school and college on English concepts like reading, writing, editing, literature and grammar. I can also help students with brainstorming and editing school and college essays , preparing for orals or elocutions, and other test prep. As a tutor , I aim to help students by assisting them in developing strong critical thinking skills with regard to helping them succeed in their courses and beyond. I enjoy learning about each student as an individual. Once I know what makes him or her tick, I can deepen the student's engagement with the materials by assisting him or her in finding their connections. They leave their sessions feeling more confident .

I am empathetic, patient and fun tutor, and I find a sense of accomplishment when I help my students achieve their goals. Preparing students to be critical, creative thinkers and effective communication.
