My journey into teaching yoga is rooted in my desire to help individuals achieve balance and well-being in their lives. As a personal yoga trainer, I've had the privilege of working with over 130 clients, guiding them on their yoga journey.
I conduct offline sessions lasting one hour, welcoming participants of all age groups. My approach to teaching emphasizes practical sessions, allowing individuals to experience the physical and mental benefits of yoga firsthand.
