Currently serving as the Head of the Department of Management Studies at Nirmala College of Arts & Science, I am deeply committed to nurturing academic excellence and holistic student development.

I hold an MBA (Finance & HRM) from Mahatma Gandhi University, an MPhil in Commerce & Management, and I am currently pursuing a PhD in Management from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
