As we all know, everything in this world comes with pros and cons. So, of course, there are pros and cons of MS Office too. The advantages or pros of MS Office are: First of all, MS Office is cost-effective. Office 265 can be less expensive when it comes to paying for licenses and also each user will be given access to One drive which depending on the level of your service offers up to a 1-year terabyte of storage per user in a cloud environment. Most of Office 365 plans offer access to word, excel, Powerpoint and other programs through an online web version of the program. When it comes to the cons of MS office, you must know that: The cost considerations of office 365 subscription are generally cost-effective for most businesses; it may not work for your business. Not all companies or firms are one size fits all, and there is less flexibility with customization when using Office 264 because it is built in the cloud. As with any cloud-based solution, the information has not resided. For many firms, this is actually a secure option.
