Coming to how a civil engineer might find excel to be used, Let's say the quantity estimation engineer wants to know the quantity of steel to be used at the site, HE/She would have to make use of an excel sheet to make a bar bending schedule and assess the quantity of steel.   2. It should have automatic bill numbering

  5. It should take not more than 30 minutes of training to learn and operate
