I am a fitness enthusiast and experienced strength training practitioner with a strong focus on weight training, muscle building, fat loss, and overall strength development. I have been consistently training in the gym and working on my own strength and physique for several years, with hands-on experience in resistance training, progressive overload, exercise selection, and workout planning.

My approach is practical and personalized. I believe that every individual has different fitness goals, body types, strength levels, and limitations, so I prefer to understand the client’s current fitness level and goals before designing a training routine.

I can help beginners learn proper exercise form and gym techniques, while also assisting intermediate trainees with structured strength and muscle-building programs. I also focus on sustainable fat loss, basic nutrition guidance, consistency, and developing a healthy relationship with fitness.
