I am a certified Yoga Instructor with one year of teaching experience.

I was previously working as a Software Engineer, where I learned discipline, time management, and structured working methods. During that time, I personally experienced stress and long working hours, which led me to discover the importance of yoga in maintaining both physical and mental well-being. I conduct sessions focused on weight loss, flexibility, strength improvement, stress relief, and overall fitness. I also teach Surya Namaskar, Hatha Yoga, basic Power Yoga, pranayama, and meditation, with strong emphasis on correct posture and breathing techniques. Key Skills :
